I'm an Naturopath (and also a middle aged mother) helping women to lose weight (the right way), by giving them an easy process to trigger fat adaption, so they can feel more healthy and confident once more.
After decades of treating humans of all ages with their health, I discovered that 90% of my business was women of middle age struggling with weight gain. This got me focussed on creating a simple solution anyone could follow.
What makes my process different from everyone else is that it's not just a diet or an exercise course, it's about fixing the foundation for metabolic drivers in the microbiome first to trigger long term fat adaption in our age group.

Balanced Chakra’s (balanced energy) ensures the psychological, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our body are optimal. We found that metabolism actually increased when we used Yoga as part of the program = Yoga clears chakras!
By identifying which centre may be out of balance we can also use simple plant based herbal medicines and essential oils to assist in re-balancing along with Yoga (in particular Yin) and breathe work (Pranyayama)
