metabolic alchemy smoothies
In our Metabolic Alchemy courses we use smoothie options for breakfast. These work really well for switching to fat adaption.
These are NOT meal replacements, but actually a complete meal that contains high protein, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying phytonutrients that assist in feeding the microbiome and providing sufficient calories and macro's for the body to re-fuel.
The protein powder I recommend to use for these smoothies is called NOWAY by ATP Science. This is a collagen based protein powder which in delivers high protein, but also collagen for bone and tissue regeneration and gut healing benefits. I do not use whey or other forms of protein, only collagen.
Avoid if you have known allergies to any ingredients. These should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
