All our plans are Gluten Free and Dairy Free, there is some provision for Casein free dairy such as Sheep's and Goats milk for those who would still like some dairy. Our meals are designed to provide critical building blocks for hormones and these come from animal protein, there for they are not suitable for vegan or vegetarians, adapting the low carb high fat/protein needs a specific meal plan designed. We do create meal plans for those who can eat fish. (Yes Pescatarian / No Vegetarian/vegan)
In Freedom and Alchemy tiers your meal plans are tailored to your specific food intolerances and allergies. Whilst this affords more personalised plans, the importance of proteins and fats which come largely from animal sources , is what allows us to get into the metabolic goldilocks zone of 40-80g of carbs per day. Vegetarians essentially will find this extremly hard to get into given the amount of carbs in their diet.
Absolutely! Our program is designed for busy women. Our meal plans are simple and family-friendly and under 30mins, and our workouts are efficient, typically just 15 minutes, 3 times a week. It's all about resting more and doing less then you usually do when trying to lose weight traditional ways.
While weight loss is often a biggest result, our Methodology is about overall health optimisation. We focus on improving energy levels, hormonal balance, and overall well-being. It's a way of living not a fad diet and weight loss program with a start and end that stops working when you stop the program. We are focused on long term sustainable results that happen through the implementation of key aspects of the methodology that work with the body not against it, even when you're not trying.

We have weekly coaching calls in Freedom and bi-weekly in Alchemy tiers where you can ask any questions for help. Carly also reviews your logs and provides feedback. These are the best tiers to get complete naturopathic specific help. Tribe (Bronze) will only refer to your progress and provide progress related advice - not specific health coaching as in Silver and Gold tiers.
While Metabolic Freedom (Silver) offers general nutrition guidance for overall metabolic health, it's not specifically designed to address or treat underlying gut issues or food allergies. Our program provides flexible meal plans can be modificated for those with IBS or specific food allergies or intolerances such as : FODMAPS. All our meals are Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Low Carbohydrate.
If you have diagnosed IBS or severe food allergies, we can recommend and adjust your meal plans during our coaching calls with Carly.
Please understand that some nutritional aspects of the program may not be suitable for your particular situation as it's main focus is on metabolism - having said that, your metabolism will not work if the gut is not right, so our aim is to fix this also.
