Designed to build strength over each Phase, we advise clients to stay on Phase 1 for one month, before moving to Phase 2 for the second month, Phase 3, for third and Phase 4 for fourth month. After the fourth month return back to Phase 1 and increase intensity and use of weights. These Phases can last as your primary exercises for years.

Only equipment needed is a yoga mat, blanket and cushion. Optional bolsters and blocks if you have them.
