Nope! The Breakthrough includes both bodyweight and lightweight options, so you can train at home, outdoors, or in the shower (jokes) —whatever works best for you. The goal is to build consistency, not complicate things.
If you're low in fitness you will see modifications. My 73YO mum is in the workouts with us and a great example of how they are suitable for all fitness levels.
Yes - thats in fact the whole point of this programme, how to make this work with your schedule. Everything in this challenge is built for efficiency, and the programme is built on the concept of workouts that take 15-20 minutes. The breath work exercises take under 10mins and the yoga classes are an optional extra if you have time and are approx 25mins
